At Crafted Cabinet Doors, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, please carefully review our return policy outlined below.

General Terms

All orders placed with Crafted Cabinet Doors are custom-made to your specifications. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom products, including but not limited to cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and other related items. Damage During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, you must adhere to the following procedure to preserve your rights:

  • Visible Damage at Delivery: If you observe any damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, you are required to instruct the delivery driver to note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing it. If the damage is extensive and renders the product unusable, you should refuse delivery. Crafted Cabinet Doors will arrange for a replacement order at no additional cost.
  • Hidden Damage: If damage is discovered after opening the package, you must notify us in writing within three (3) business days of receiving the order and prior to hanging, installing, or finishing the product. Notifications should be sent to info@craftedcabinetdoors.com, and must include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in a waiver of any claims related to shipping damage.

Discrepancies in Order

If you receive a product that differs from the specifications outlined in your original order, such as discrepancies in dimensions, colors, or other agreed-upon details, you must notify us in writing within three (3) business days of receipt of the order. Upon verification, Crafted Cabinet Doors will, at its sole discretion, replace or rebuild the affected item(s) at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after this period will be considered waived, and the product will be deemed accepted as delivered.

Exclusions

The following conditions expressly void any return, refund, or replacement eligibility:

  • Any product that has been hung, installed, finished, or otherwise altered after delivery.
  • Evidence of exposure to moisture, heat, or sunlight.
  • Damage resulting from improper storage conditions, mishandling at the job site, or failure to follow recommended installation practices.

Natural Wood Characteristics

Crafted Cabinet Doors uses natural wood, which inherently varies in color, grain, and may contain natural markings such as knots and mineral streaks. These characteristics are not considered defects and are excluded from any claims. Variations in grain and color, as well as minor warping due to environmental factors, do not constitute grounds for returns or exchanges.

Limitation of Liability

Crafted Cabinet Doors’ liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall Crafted Cabinet Doors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. This limitation applies to all claims, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, or any other tort.

Warranty Claims

For issues that may be covered under our warranty, please review our Warranty Information page for detailed instructions on how to submit a claim. The warranty does not extend to products that have been altered, subjected to misuse, or exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
